Welcome! My passion is to see individuals experience healing in body, soul, and spirit. Over the last two decades I have been walking alongside men, women, and children healing from trauma. I am a certified massage practitioner (CMP), human trafficking advocate, and author of Courageous and Free - Journey to Inner Healing. I believe that inner healing is each person’s birthright and that no one is two far gone to experience hope and restoration. I am a California native now residing in the heartland. I enjoy adventuring outdoors with my family and quiet moments of writing with a chai in hand.
